In un intervento di ristrutturazione innovativo, il condominio ha subito una notevole trasformazione con l’ampliamento delle aree esterne, realizzato interamente in carpenteria metallica. Rispetto alla struttura precedente, leggera e discontinua, la nuova costruzione si distingue per la sua solidità e continuità, che ha permesso di creare spazi più ampi e di ridisegnare l’estetica dell’edificio con un aspetto più sobrio ed elegante.

La carpenteria, estesa su cinque piani, è stata arricchita da parapetti e serramenti in alluminio con vetri, aggiungendo un tocco di modernità che valorizza ulteriormente l’intero edificio.

Innovative renovation project for a building which underwent a significant transformation with the expansion of the external areas, entirely constructed in metal carpentry. Compared to the previous structure, which was light and discontinuous, the new construction stands out for its solidity and continuity, allowing the creation of larger spaces and a redesign of the building’s aesthetics with a more sober and elegant appearance.

The metal framework, extending over five floors, has been enhanced with railings and glass-paneled aluminum windows, adding a touch of modernity that further enhances the entire building.
